Who I Am and What I Do
Meena holds an MSc in Yoga Therapy and PG. Dip. in Ayurvedic Healthcare Management.
Meena specialises in Ayurvedic Acupuncture (Marmapuncture), Marma Therapy Massage, Cupping and Yoga Therapy.
Meena also works part-time for a leading mental health charity.

Meena helps people to take an integrated holistic approach to their health and not just fix their symptoms. Often the root of many healthcare concerns are lifestyle based therefore by using a natural therapy in the first instance can often help towards recovery.
Meena began her career working in television for the BBC as a researcher and documentary maker before moving to the BBC Newsroom to work as a Media Manager.
In 2001 she moved to New York City and worked for NBC Universal at 30 Rockefeller Centre as an Operations Manager, managing the entire NBC Network across the USA. She has worked on countless notable shows such as Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show, Law and Order and even the last-ever episode of Friends!
In 2006 Meena re-discovered her roots and began studying both Yoga and Ayurveda. In 2015 she enrolled with The College of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy to study the teachings deeper.
She was amazed at how closely aligned the therapies were to how she had been bought up and how successful these natural treatments were to treat many common ailments today.

Meena has recently completed an evidence-based Trauma-Focused CBT intervention called, "Teach Recovery Techniques" with The Children and War Foundation in an effort to help those who have been affected by War and Disaster.
She thrives on seeing her clients in her home clinic on a one-to-one basis. She often takes part in community projects offering workshops and classes on Yoga and Wellbeing.
She is a member of the Ayurvedic Medical Association (AMA), British Association of Accredited Ayurvedic Practitioners (BAAAP) and the Complementary Therapist Association (CTha).
Meena is a busy Mother to two beautiful, energetic daughters and is often seen walking her gorgeous Siberian Husky around the Great Parks of Windsor.

Ayurveda is a complementary approach that can be used alongside allopathic medicine.
